Listen to Your Work. With a title like that, who wouldn’t be just a little intrigued to turn a few pages? I was, I did and I was glad. Collins Andrews has written an informative, easy to read, and occasionally provocative book.

This is an easy-to-read guide for mentors, mentees, professors of business, and business graduates is a must-read for all professionals written by a retired senior manager. Although intended for a business audience, the advice in this book is appropriate for employers and employees from any discipline.
